WATCH: A Retrospective on Tower of God | Anime Ambush

I distinctly remember the second anime season of the panini when Crunchyroll and WEBTOON decided to adapt a trifecta of webcomics into anime—Tower of God, The God of High School, and Noblesse. I also remember two-out-of-three of those being … well, not so great, and the other one was Tower of God.

In this episode of Anime Ambush, I’d like to do a retrospective on both seasons of Tower of God; we’ll of course start with the first season that aired in 2020, then move on to the miracle season that started in mid-2024. I still can’t believe that happened in the first place, but trust me when I say I’m glad it did.
